I just wish more people would understand the power of staging! I have a small staging company in Macomb county Michigan and we stage properties at a very affordable rate, they look great and they sell fast, our average days on market after being staged is only 32.61 days in a market where it usually takes about a year to sell... I wish I was kidding, but I'm not. The problem is that people in Michigan just don't get it. In California it is standard to stage a property when selling. Period. "Your selling your house, who's your stager?" It's as common as having a real estate agent. But Here in Michigan, It's like pulling teeth to make people understand that staging is a very vital part of marketing a property for sale.
